Hervia M. Ingram, Jr., Founder and President of Xtreme Solutions, is responsible for the overall technological direction of Xtreme Solutions, development of IT strategies that sets out the strategic direction for Xtreme Solutions, and providing strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems and services for Xtreme Solutions and its clients.

As President, Mr. Ingram has built a responsive IT organization that consistently delivers results by aligning technology initiatives with business goals, with substantial improvement to service delivery, standardization, and business/systems performance. His commitment to successful implementations has resulted in an impressive client roster, including such organizations as AT&T, The Weather Channel, NBC Universal, DuPont, GSA, DHA, HHS, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. State Department, and the Department of the Army to name a few.

Radi Moring is a specialist at un-breaking things and a connoisseur of anything with an on/off switch. Radi has worked as a subject matter expert across multiple Information technology disciplines in both the public and private sectors and also as a technology consultant. In 1996, Radi enlisted in the US Army as a Microwave Radio Systems Operator & Maintainer. Post Military, he went on to work as a telecommunications technician at the US Embassy, Islamabad, and Pakistan, where he picked up additional technological skills of various disciplines. Radi also received the opportunity to become a network security instructor where he has personally trained more 9,000 soldiers and civilian personnel. As a contractor for the Army Radi has worked on various hi tech projects and his most successful thus far has been creating virtual training environments a.k.a, cyber range. Before cloud was ever a term, Radi worked to create virtual environments that mimicked battlefield networks and real-world enterprise networks. These same simulated computer networks are highly sought after today especially by large organizations wishing to assess the technical skill of their current employees.

Wayne Anderson, Ed.S., CISSP, ITIL is one of the leading experts in Cyber Security education.  Wayne has been intrigued by technology since his first Commodore 64 PC which he received in 1985. From then on, Wayne embarked on his technological journey to learn as much as he could about technology. Wayne’s quest led him into the U.S. Air Force where he served as a Satellite & Network Communications Operator & Technician. Upon his separation from the Air Force, he utilized his skills to help further companies with the ability to virtualize technologies, producing a realistic training environment in the classroom. Wayne is the owner of TTC Consulting where he assists companies and organizations with Cyber Security service requirements; helping them to develop a stronger Cyber Security Posture. Penetration Testing, Forensic Analysis, and Cyber Security policy management are just a few services offered by TTC Consulting. Wayne has been an involved advocate for Cyber Security education throughout his career. In 2007 he developed a $36MIL Cyber Security training program for the department of the Army.

Bryant Tow has served in several leadership positions in the security industry including the Department of Homeland Security Sector Coordinating Council, ISSA, ISACA and InfraGard National Members Alliance board member and vice president. He is recognized as a Distinguished Fellow by the Ponemon Institute, the industry’s leading research organization.  Bryant has published several books and articles on cyber security topics and has received several awards including "Governor's Office of Homeland Security Award for Exceptional Contribution in Recognition of Outstanding Support of Tennessee's Counter Terrorism Program.
