TAG Smart Energy Presents: IoT and Smart Cities: Who Owns the Data?

Description

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. ON-SITE REGISTRATION WILL BE AVAILABLE!

DATE
Thursday, April 25th

TIME
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

LOCATION
Monday Night Brewing
The Garage
933 Lee Street SW
Atlanta, GA 30310

EVENT DESCRIPTION
It’s one thing when people re-purpose data we provide them by typing it into a web-based application (think Google, Amazon, Facebook, etc.).  It’s a whole new ballgame when our interaction with devices, energy and other “things” creates data and delivers insights about us and our assets (Smart Meters, Cities, Power Tools, Alexa, etc.).
Please join TAG Smart Energy to learn more about who really owns that data and what are the responsibilities associated with that ownership.  You will meet and hear global leaders based in Atlanta and learn about the associated technology, law, ethics, analytics - all while enjoying some delicious food and craft beer from Monday Night Brewing! See you there!
